"On May 20th I blew out my tire riding down HWY I-55 I really needed some help, not only with my bike to be fixed but also some help with my wife getting to a hotel because she was very shook up. I called them about 4pm as they were walking out of the door (saturday afternoon 90 degrees out and the sun was shining). They dropped what they were doing got into the truck and came and picked me up on the intersate with in 30 minutes of the accident. They gave my wife and I a ride back to the shop to get a new tire put on. As the tire was being replaced his brother owns a real nice bar/restruant next door to the shop and invited me in and had a couple of beverages while I was waiting. (beverages were very cold)
In the mean time my wife was very shook up and really did not want to get on the bike any more that afternoon. Gatewood customs were kind enough to take her to the nearest hotel and casino for her comfort.......(thank you)
After recieving the service this company gives to people that they may never see again or hear from again was very impressive.....
I will personally never forget this occasion and wish this company nothing but great thing in the future.
